i don’t know how your evening is going, but mine is off to a wonderful start. i made special chocolate truffles today (duh, gotta get ready for the cat show on friday) and instead of using cream (and since we are non dairy now, oh my god the horror! but no seriously, my stomach hates me a lot less now without dairy) i used coconut milk and coconut oil and holy fuck balls guys they are amazing. we always do a test drive after they’re done so we know how many to bring with us when we need em and i’m impatiently waiting for the pork to be ready because mama ate three of a batch that had double the amount of pot we usually use.
oh my god this cat show is going to be the best.
