it’s all my fault
i set my alarm so i’d get up and go to crossfit this morning and i turned it off instead of hitting the snooze button. this happens at least every three weeks and while i’m happy i got lots of sleep- it throws my whole day out of whack. i could completely skip crossfit and not make it up but i paid for it and i hate to waste money (and when i do waste it, i feel guilty for days). so now i have to go take the ladies only class at 5:15 and i don’t like working out with the ladies only class cause i don’t care for most of those ladies.
